Merowe Medical City & Oncology Center in Northern State is a flagship DHMIC campus with approximately 350 beds, 10 operating rooms, and 20 ICU beds. Capabilities include SPECT/CT nuclear medicine and advanced radiotherapy with Halcyon and VitalBeam linear accelerators.

East Nile Specialist Hospital in Khartoum Bahri provides referral and specialty care with about 200 beds, 10 ICUs, 9+2 operating rooms, full diagnostic imaging, and a 24/7 emergency department within the DHMIC hospital network.
El Obeid Specialist Hospital in North Kordofan opened in 2018 and operates within the DHMIC group with approximately 200 beds and 8 operating rooms, delivering international-standard specialty care for the region.
Authorized distributor, installation, and lifecycle partner for advanced medical technologies in Sudan. Established in 2004 by the Social Insurance Investment Authority and now a DHMIC subsidiary, Nasif focuses on imaging, laboratory diagnostics, and clinical systems. It maintains a 1,600 sqm owned headquarters in Khartoum with offices and a showroom, warehouses in Khartoum, Wad Medani, and Port Sudan, and more than 70 staff in sales and technical support, including a dedicated Biomedical Engineering Department.
Pharmaceutical manufacturer based in Soba Industrial Area, Khartoum. A cGMP-compliant facility produces tablets, capsules, liquids, creams, and eye preparations across cardiovascular, respiratory, gastro-intestinal, infections, nutrition, food supplements, and medical devices and consumables — more than 200 items — and distributes to wholesalers, pharmacies, and hospitals.
Ain Sudan IV Fluid Factory in the GIAD Industrial Zone, Gezira, manufactures intravenous fluids for the Sudanese health sector with capacity of about 8 million IV bottles per year, and expansion plans for powder and ampoule lines.
Avamed Medical Syringes Factory manufactures disposable syringes for local and regional supply, meeting British GMP (BS5081) standards and supporting Sudan's medical consumables self-sufficiency within the DHMIC group.
A purpose-built diagnostic and outpatient complex in Wad Medani, Gezira State, east of the Sisters' Quarters and adjacent to Wad Medani Teaching Hospital, the Kidney Hospital, and the Gezira Oncology Center. The 4,200 square-metre site comprises diagnostic radiology (950 sqm) and a pharmacy on the ground floor, a laboratory and medical-equipment showroom on the first floor, 48 outpatient clinics on floors two to four, and administrative offices on the fifth floor.
